Steve did a great job for us. He set us up with available options based on our requirements and when we were interested in one he notified us that there were actually 3 units available in the complex, 2 of which were slightly above our target price. After a video tour of all three units, we actually selected one of the more expensive units as we were able to compare all three. He helped us with the negotiation and all paperwork from offer to close. He also stayed on top of the mortgage and title companies to make sure we stayed on track and provide details on additional things we would need like power transfer, condo forms, etc. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase in the Cocoa Beach area.
